The Machine to make segmental corrugated steel plate (also known as Super Cor Structural Steel Plate Manufacturing Line or Ultra•Cor Structural Steel Plate Machine Production Line system) is a specialized machine designed to produce high-strength corrugated steel plates for constructing large-diameter or long-span buried structures in civil engineering projects.
These plates are galvanized or coated for corrosion resistance and feature deep corrugations that provide exceptional structural integrity. These plates are curved, punched, and cut in the factory, then transported flat and bolted together on-site to form arches, pipes, ellipses, box culverts, or bridges with spans exceeding 12 feet (up to 50 feet or more).
The Production Line for corrugated Bridge Structural Plate is highly customized, automated, and built for heavy loads, ensuring plate precision for easy field assembly.

- High-Strength Waveform Design ,utilizing a deep corrugated/high-amplitude cross-section design, significantly improving the section’s moment of inertia and bending stiffness
- Wide Thickness Processing Range (2.5mm-10.0mm), adaptable to steels of varying strengths from Q235 to Q690 ;
- Intelligent Forming System , Multi-stand progressive corrugation profiling，equipped with a real-time deflection compensation system to eliminate longitudinal bending deformation of the sheet metal.
- Automatic thickness gauge adjusting ；
- Heavy Duty Punching Unit: Employing a servo punching system for high-precision bolt hole array processing;
